How “need a ride” works →
Common mix-up: Rent a car = you drive. Drive for JM = you are the worker behind the wheel. List a car = you own the vehicle. Need a ride = you want a person to drive you (call office).

  4. Human approves → keys · default 70% you / 30% JM after app fees

Money (plain English)

Rent a car: you pay the list price + card fees online. You drive.

Drive for us: default 70% you / 30% JM of net after app fees (can change in writing).

Per-mile: IRS business rate when we bill miles (…).

Car owner: renters pay Stripe; your program (rent / lease / profit-share) decides how money is split — set when you list.
